Self-determination theory is a theory of human motivation and wellness. This presentation provides an overview of self-determination theory and how it has been applied to different areas of life.
Professor Richard Ryan is one of the leading international experts on motivational research. The self-determination theory that he developed together with prof. Edward Deci is most cited contemporary theory of motivation and it has been applied to many fields, including business.
