Susanna Rahkamo, M.Sc., will defend the dissertation "The Road to Exceptional Expertise and Success – A Case Study of the Collective Creativity of five Finnish Multiple Olympic Gold Medalists" on 16 December 2016 at 12 noon in Aalto University School of Science, lecture hall AS1, Maarintie 8 (former Otaniementie 17), Espoo. This dissertation is about self-organized and distributed dynamic systems focusing on the process of building exceptional expertise, paying special attention to how creativity contributes to the process.
