Pia Tamminen, M.Sc. (Tech.), will defend the dissertation "Possibility-Driven Design in the Design-Oriented Communities" on 25 November 2016 at 12 noon in Aalto University School of Science, lecture hall TU1, Maarintie 8 (former Otaniementie 17), Espoo. The dissertation sheds light to the possibilities that lie in ways of working and practices of design-oriented communities. It raises awareness of the potential of design-oriented opportunities which can make individuals prosper and enable communities to flourish.
