Arto Wallin, M.Sc.(Econ.), will defend the dissertation "Rethinking digital transformation of healthcare: The role of technology and institutions in service innovation" on 15 June 2018 at 12 noon at the Aalto University School of Science. The thesis advances service innovation theory and creates better theoretical understanding on the role of technology and institutions in service innovation. It creates new knowledge to understand better digitally-enabled service innovations, which diverge from rules, behavior and mindset prevalent in the field of healthcare.
